Lis is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. A longtime Yukoner, she has a passion for creating delicious, nutrient-rich meals for her family and helping others build a balanced, sustainable approach to health.
Lis fell in love with wild and long-distance open-water swimming, completing events such as a Half Ironman and the Rattlesnake Island 7km Swim. Her personal journey has taught her that true health isn't about extremes - it's about finding what works for you!
