What we offer:

Training Session: Personal training one-on-one or semi-private (you and a friend) with one of our certified personal trainers. During your initial booking the trainer will have a consultation with you to determine your fitness goals and how Boreal Fitness Facility can help you achieve your goals. Cost per session is $60 for private training or $35 each person for semi-private training. 

Nutrition Coaching: Book a 30 minute session with trainers Lis or Lisa to get some helpful tips and tricks to make your nutrition goals achievable. These ladies know their stuff and can help you find sustainable fulfilling nutrition choices. 

Intro to the Gym: 30 minute class to go over the functions of the different pieces of equipment. An opportunity to ask questions about the equipment's capabilities and uses. This class is included with your membership or available with a day-pass.

Weight Training Circuit: 50 minutes of weight training on the weight floor! Come join Melissa for a workout that keeps you challenged and lets you use the big machines. This class is available with your membership or available with a day-pass. 

Lunchtime Weights: 40 minute weight training workout with Melissa. Great way to get a challenging workout done in the middle of the day!

Texas Hold'em: 45 minute class where your fate is in the cards. Melissa will send you through a fast-paced workout using a deck of cards to guide the workout! This class is available with your membership or available with a day-pass. 

Stretching: 30 minutes of stretching for your whole body. Each movement is timed to help you feel the full effects! This class is available with your membership or available with a day-pass. 

Get a Grip: Kettlebell class with Lis! 45 minutes of work with kettlebells :) :) :) This class is available with your membership or available with a day-pass.
